1. Your account and these terms

These terms apply to RightInterview’s website, Candidate app, and related services. By using them, you agree to these terms and must have legal capacity to do so. Keep your sign-in details secure and your account information accurate. Contact support@rightinterview.com with account or contract questions.

2. Credits and pricing

RightInterview sells prepaid session credits. One credit provides one minute of active session time; a started minute is charged when the session begins or renews. An hour contains 60 credits. Purchased unused credits do not expire. The current price and minimum purchase are shown on our pricing page and in your account. Checkout shows the final amount, currency, and applicable taxes before you pay.

Manual credit purchases are one-time payments. Price changes apply to new purchases and do not change credits you already bought. Free and referral credits have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not redeemable for a cash refund.

Optional auto-reload

Auto-reload is off unless you expressly enable it and complete Paddle payment setup. It uses a zero-dollar recurring billing agreement with no base subscription fee. During a session, a balance below your agreed threshold authorizes a separate charge for 60 credits at your approved USD hourly rate, with tax determined by Paddle from your saved billing address. You choose a limit of one to five reloads in a rolling 24-hour period. A price change requires renewed approval before further reloads.

Turn auto-reload off in Account → Credits or remove the payment agreement through Paddle’s customer portal. Charges already in progress may finish after you turn it off. Credits are added only after payment confirmation; declines, extra payment authentication, network delays, or billing limits may interrupt a refill. Your remaining prepaid credits remain usable if auto-reload is paused or canceled.

3. Payments and refunds

Our checkout is provided by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle’s buyer terms govern the payment transaction alongside these service terms. Credit provisioning follows verified payment confirmation and may take a short time. See our Refund Policy for requests, exceptions, and mandatory consumer rights.

4. Acceptable use and consent

Use RightInterview lawfully and with permission. Follow the rules of your employer, interviewer, meeting organizer, assessment provider, and any other relevant party. Obtain any necessary consent before capturing or sharing audio, screen content, or another person’s information. You are responsible for the material you submit and for having the rights to use it.

Do not use the service to commit fraud, impersonate others, violate a required independent-work rule, access another person’s account, abuse referral or promotional rewards, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with the security or operation of the service. Visibility controls do not remove your duty to obtain permission and follow applicable rules.

5. AI output and service availability

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review outputs before relying on them. RightInterview does not guarantee an interview outcome, job offer, or uninterrupted access. Features and third-party integrations may change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees, or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

6. Invitations and welcome credits

Welcome credits are available once to eligible new verified accounts. Referral offers require a valid invitation applied within the first seven days of joining and before the first purchase. Rewards are issued once after the invited friend’s first nonzero paid purchase. Self-referrals, multiple-account abuse, and fraudulent purchases do not qualify. Offers shown when an invitation is successfully applied determine its reward; later changes apply to new invitations.

7. Your content and our service

You retain your rights in the materials you submit. You permit RightInterview and its service providers to process those materials as needed to deliver the features you use, maintain your history, and protect the service, as explained in our Privacy Policy. RightInterview’s software, branding, and website materials belong to us or our licensors. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of them.

8. Suspension, privacy, and changes

We may suspend access when necessary to address misuse, fraud, security incidents, or a material breach of these terms. This does not remove applicable consumer rights. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing and how to request access, correction, or deletion. Updated terms will be published on this page; we will provide notice of material changes where required.
